Financial Analyst

Job Purpose and Requirements

This position's responsibilities include preparation of the annual budget & periodic forecasts, financial reporting, general ledger support, and analysis of actual to budget variances.

In this role you will work closely with our corporate leadership and field personnel to help develop the corporate forecast and provide support for building the organization's annual budget.

Ensuring budget data is properly loaded into the system, reconciling data along with creating and maintaining templates used to build the budget are key tasks.

  • Assist with the annual planning process and budget preparation

  • Develop and enhance Finance Reports & templates to assist in budgeting/forecasting

  • Perform detailed financial statement analyses on various issues.

  • Work w/ field management, assisting them with budget/finance related issues.

  • Perform financial modeling and analysis.

  • Complete data mining using multiple in-house databases.

  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data across the various financial reporting systems and processes.

  • Ad-hoc modeling and reporting.

  • Assist in the preparation of periodic forecasts.

Background Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
