The Role:
The role of a Business Development manager requires the ability to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing of new customers in need of innovative audio-visual solutions.

You will self-generate leads, building rapport with clients and demonstrating a key understanding of the product range and its offerings.

You will be targeting several verticals with a main focus on retail, hospitality and corporates.

Communicating both by phone and face to face you will be an effective communicator with a wide range of decision makers.

You will be travelling to meet with clients, pitching the product and ensuring successful relationships are built over this long sales cycle.

The Candidate:
You should be a highly motivated, ambitious individual with experience of selling audio visual solutions.

With a demonstrable track record of success you must be willing to go the extra mile.

The position requires excellent management skills for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure to ensuring that clients feel they are getting what they signed-up for, as the process is generally a long sale cycle.

You must be able and willing to commit to several international travel opportunities in order to attend client meetings.

The Package:
As a Business Development Manager you will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 plus an OTE of at least £60,000.
