Sales Administrator

A leading designer and manufacturer within the aerospace industry are looking for a Sales Assistant to join the growing commercial team.

As a Sales Assistant you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for fulfilling daily business administrative requirements.

As a Sales Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Prepare sales quotations
- Deal with all incoming post
- Load incoming orders onto master system
- Liaise with external finance teams
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Cover other areas of the business when required
- Send invoices to external accounts

The successful Sales Assistant will have the following attributes:
- A background in an office environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manner
- Work on own initiative
