You will be assisting with all aspects of a concierge consultant and looking to progress your career within the company.

, Delivering the highest standard of customer service, to very valued clientele
, Provide the best and most comprehensive service possible to all our clients
, Receiving inbound calls and emails, servicing the enquiry and issuing quotes
, Assist with the creation of high quality tailor-made itineraries
, Ensure you keep fully up to date with product knowledge
, Provide an unparalleled level of customer service to a clientele with high expectations to ensure loyalty and repeat business
, Assist with other daily tasks
, Be willing to learn and take on board new company knowledge

, Excellent customer service
, Personable telephone manner
, High level of administration skills
, Knowledge of Microsoft/Outlook
, Hardworking and willing to succeed in this role
, Travel and hospitality experience

The successful candidate will receive a competitive basic salary up to £16k plus great working hours of Mon-Fri 9am-7pm shifts with occasional Saturdays.
