Domiciliary Branch Manager - Hampshire

Salary - £30,000 - £35,00 DOE

My client is a leading national provider of domiciliary care for children, young adults and the elderly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's biggest care providers in one of their busiest branches based in Hampshire.

You will oversee the business development as well as maintaining the highest care standards.

The Branch Manager's responsibilities are to

  • Manage a remote team of Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers

  • Oversee the care provisions for clients within the community

  • Compile risk assessments on clients and staff

  • Meet with external agencies such as families, social services and medical professionals

  • Recruit staff of all levels to complement the service

  • Be first point of contact for staff, clients and families

  • Be responsible for reviewing, training and disciplining all staff

  • Ensure compliance to all company and regulatory standards

The successful candidate must have

  • NVQ Level 4/5 with RMA

  • 2 years' experience in a domiciliary service

  • 2 years managerial or supervisory experience

  • Excellent knowledge regarding CQC standards for Domiciliary services

  • Passion for improving life standards for people in the community
