Our client, an on-demand delivery service has an excellent opportunity for a Community Manager to join their vibrant and dynamic team.

Are you a people-person and a hands-on problem solver? Do you have a relentless, “get-it-done” attitude? As a Community Manager, you will be in charge of interviewing & inducting new riders, maintaining highest quality fleet, and nurturing the community of riders.

You will also be looking at data to improve fleet performance & retention.

Community Manager Responsibilities:

  • Interview potential riders and helping them through the application process.
  • Run induction session to improve and maintain fleet quality
  • First point of contact of riders
  • Manage email and social media communications with riders
  • Plan and run social events to build a tight-knit rider community
  • Facilitate rider market promotions and represent Quiqup at local events
  • Identify specific challenges for fleet growth and retention and propose solutions
  • Improve fleet quality based on ratings, feedback, and other metrics

  • Bachelor degree 
  • Background in customer service or in-person community management a major plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills: both verbal and written
  • Great presentation skills
  • Practical problem solver: using data to drive decisions
  • An attitude of getting stuff done
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Start-up hour (including some weekends)
