Compliance Quality Assessor

Salary: £17,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Location: Bournemouth

Our client, a leading insurance company in Bournemouth are looking for an experienced Compliance Quality Assessor to join their expanding team.

A large part of the role will be listening to calls, reporting examples of non-compliance and updating the appropriate systems.


- Complete quality assurance of calls and emails of customer facing staff
- Identify and report unethical, illegal or improper conduct when conducting quality assurance activities
- Communicate effectively with people from other areas regarding compliance and/or quality assurance issues
- Assist in the resolution of compliance and/or quality assurance problems following appropriate internal processes
- Team working - ability to work as part of a team collaborating with others to achieve common goals
- Provide constructive support and feedback to others
- Provide mentoring support to new starters


- 2 years customer service experience obtained from general insurance desirable
- Basic knowledge of FCA guidelines and principles desirable
- Confident in making decisions
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate with excellent key board skills
- Good analytical skills, and able to work methodically and accurately
- Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
