Franchise Sales Consultant

Franchise Sales Consultant - Salary Negotiable

Our successful client based in Baker Street is currently recruiting for a Franchise Sales Consultant to join their exciting team.

The successful candidate will be expected to use marketing initiatives to attract and sell the company franchise proposition to prospective franchises across Europe.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Continuously search for market information for various marketing campaigns

  • Regularly update web sites where we advertise

  • Regularly post and blog on Twitter, LI, Xing, Viadeo and other business networking sites

  • Track marketing initiatives and regularly report on lead status

  • Prepare prospect presentation packs with latest and relevant information

  • Prepare presentation and exhibition material for events

  • Write testimonials, advertisements, editorial for various advertising platforms

  • Write and update marketing material where applicable

  • Support Area Developers by researching and working together on marketing initiatives

  • Prepare marketing campaigns per region

  • Organising and presenting at Discovery Days, forums and networking events

  • Regularly prepare ‘hot sheet' status report

  • Support and update Area Developers

  • Ensure volume of leads per month

  • Send month mailers to prospect database - German, French, Indian, ROW specific

  • Make sure blogging and website up to date

Training Duties:

  • Train new staff in franchise sales - India, UK, Germany

Sales Duties:

  • Make first calls to prospects to check they have received pack and present the opportunity

  • Manage prospects, from making first calls, follow up calls, making sure they have relevant and up to date information at all times

  • Organise conversations with current franchise owners for references

  • Book prospects in for meetings, events and webexes

  • Organise on-side meeting agendas

  • Guide the prospect through the due diligence process, helping them with business planning, bank loan application and government grants

  • Assist franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement and make clarifications and amendments from time to time and where necessary

  • Prepare, mark up and bind franchise agreements

  • Track paperwork - such as CVs, CPHs and business plans

  • Ensure CRM system is up to date

  • Present at franchise seminars

  • Sell 5 new franchise owners per quarter

We are looking for professionals with the following:

  • Good knowledge of franchise marketing and franchise sales

  • Confident in presenting the franchise business opportunity to people

  • Must have sales experience

  • Good knowledge of business administration & management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as word, excel, power point

  • Experience selling intangible services/solutions
