Franchise Development Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for our prestigious client based in Baker Street.

They are looking for a Franchise Development Specials it to come on board and use marketing initiatives to attract and sell franchise proposition to prospective franchisees across Europe.

The Franchise Development specialist will be targeted on franchise sales.

The role will also involve providing some operational assistance to the franchise group and the delivery of training and coaching from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make first calls to prospects to check they have received pack and present the opportunity

  • Manage prospects, from making first calls, follow up calls, making sure they have relevant and up to date information at all times

  • Organise conversations with current franchise owners for references

  • Book prospects in for meetings, events and webexes

  • Organise on-side meeting agendas

  • Guide the prospect through the due diligence process, helping them with business planning, bank loan application and government grants

  • Assist franchise prospects to understand the franchise agreement and make clarifications and amendments from time to time and where necessary

  • Prepare, mark up and bind franchise agreements

  • Continuously search for market information for various marketing campaigns

  • Continuously make marketing recommendations

  • Regularly update web sites where we advertise

  • Track marketing initiatives and regularly report on lead status

  • Prepare prospect presentation packs with latest and relevant information

Key Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of franchise marketing and franchise sales

  • Confident in presenting the franchise business opportunity to people

  • Be credible at a senior level and be It would be preferable for the candidate to have some sales training experience

  • Good knowledge of recruitment as an industry

  • Good knowledge of business administration & management

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as word, excel, power point

  • Experience selling intangible services/solutions
