Package: £25,000-£35,000 basic salary, uncapped OTE £55,000 in your first year + company car, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be required to drive new business revenues through the acquisition and servicing new customers in need of Capital Equipment.

You will complete the full sales cycle, starting by generating your own leads and succeed in converting these into sales.

You will need the ability to communicate with key Decision Makers within the Industrial, Automotive, Aviation and Chemical Industries.

Whilst selling capital equipment to new business clients, you need to also ensure you are able to retain existing clients and maintain profitable growth.

The Candidate:
To be considered for this Business Development Manager role, you MUST have a proven track record of sales within a competitive sales environment.

You will need to demonstrate that you have exceeded targets and KPI's, ideally selling a technical or Industrial product into the Industrial, Automotive, Aviation and Chemical Industries.

This is a long term role with fantastic progression prospects, with the internal support that comes with working for a market leader.

The Package:
The Business Development Manager will receive a basic salary of £25,000-£35,000 depending on experience along with a lucrative commission structure and a realistic OTE of £55,000.
