Package: £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary, basic, uncapped OTE £55,000 in your first year + company car, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
In this exciting position as Business Development Manager, within a market leading company, you will be proactively prospecting and developing new business opportunities, self-generating leads.

With a broad skincare product offering, you will be trying to maximize stock presence with all clients.

Selling into a variety of verticals, with a focus on retail, spas, salons & medical you will be liaising with several decision makers.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you will be representing yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
In order to excel as a Business Development Manager, you will have a proven track record of sales within the Health and Beauty sector.

It is essential you have a keen interest within this field, with a personal understanding of the product range, in order to convey to clients, the unrivalled benefits.

You must demonstrate a track record excelling in a target driven environment, with the ability to utilize and work alongside other departments in order to benefit both yourself and company when pitching new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £25,000 and £35,000.

On top of this is a rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £55,000.
