Establishment: Two Michelin Starred Restaurant
Average Covers: 30 lunch and 70 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British (refined)
Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Bakerloo, Waterloo and Central)
Salary: 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 4 days on (double shifts)
Last orders: 10:00pm
