Assistant Management Accountant

Job Title: Assistant Management Accountant
Reporting To: Finance Manager
Location: Wilmslow
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary : Up to £25k pa
Other benefits: CIMA / ACCA study support

The Role
, Provide support in the production of the month-end management accounts.
, Manage the relationships with our suppliers.
, Take the lead in our treasury function which includes bank reconciliations and cash outflow analysis.
, Undertake cost and employee expense reviews to provide insight to department leaders.

, Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
, Produce and develop KPI reporting.
, Provide assistance with year-end / statutory accounting.

The Person
, You will ideally be an Accountancy & Finance Graduate or AAT Qualified with a solid academic record (with strong degree classification or 1st time passes).
, Have the ability to demonstrate a strong track record within finance and be actively seeking a progressive role.

, You will be looking to achieve a professional qualification such as CIMA / ACCA and be currently studying.

, You will have strong IT skills (Advanced Excel preferable).

, Able to communicate confidently with a diverse audience of internal stakeholders within the group.
