Sales and Customer Service Administrator

A excellent opportunity for a sales and customer service administrator to join a dynamic and professional company for a initial period of 5 months, you will be responsible for providing full administration support to the sales and materials team, the role is going to be varied and will involve some customer service via email and over the phone.

My client is looking for someone who is well organised, professional and has excellent attention to detail.

  • Receiving, checking and signing of all material delivered from all suppliers externally and receipt them into the system.

  • Resolving queries relating to stores material as quickly and efficiently as possible and ensuring all parties in involved are kept up to date.

  • Processing all WIP documentation.

  • Packing of customer orders as and when required.

  • Sales order processing.

  • Raising documentation sales orders, delivery notes and order acknowledgments.

  • Carrying out reception duties and other adhoc admin duties as and when required.

  • Booking of couriers.

  • Managing security of information as defined in the Security manualPrevious administration skills

  • Competent with IT especially Microsoft Office

  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work with minimum or no supervision

  • A good team player capable of delivering excellent results under pressure and to strict deadlines

  • Confident telephone manner

  • Previous experience working in a sales or design and manufacturing industry desirable.
