Working for a major financial institution we have a role responsible for the marketing plan for a number of personal deposit and loan products.

The jobholder will

, Work across a range of live, lapsed and prospective clients to devise and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that result in qualified sales leads and pipeline growth.
, Maximise the value of the customer via renewals and cross promotion of other products and services, with an eye on the appropriate cost to do so.
It is important to work hand in hand with sales, marketing and other team members to ensure internal staff and operations are aligned to take advantage of the campaigns that you are working on including having visibility of the campaign in advance, access to any necessary product or offer training, readiness of systems and understanding the way in which leads are recorded, processed and reported upon.

It will be expected that you work in a way that is highly compliant and ‘treat customers fairly' at all times and to adhere to all policies concerning ‘positive customer outcomes', ‘quality' compliance and conduct risk management.

Responsibilities to deliver

 An integrated marketing plan that supports the Bank sales objectives for its personal deposit and loan products with associated budget.

Then to communicate, deliver and measure the plan on a quarterly basis, resulting in qualified leads in support of the sales plans.
 Improvements in the customer journey, allowing us to give best service at most appropriate cost, leveraging where necessary new technology.
 A consistent pipeline of new business opportunity from each of the lapsed, live or prospect databases.
 Lasting, mutually beneficial working relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues as relevant and appropriate to achieving success in this role.

Key Skill Requirements:

 Ability to see the bigger picture and how marketing can be aligned to business goals
 Strong creative and analytical abilities
 Good PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and particularly Powerpoint
 Strong communication skills, both written and oral including the ability to write compelling copy
 Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and project team members
 Ability to take on and employ new concepts
 Prior retail financial services / professions experience
 Ability to harness resources across departments to achieve common objectives
 Digital / technical acumen
 Excellent attention to detail
