£20,000 - £25,000

Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00

The Opportunity

This is a really exciting role for some who has proven Office Management experience to join a small but fun office in Worthing.

The ideal candidate will have Clinical Office Management experience however this is not essential.

You must have good Excel skills and has proven experience working within a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making sure the operation of the office runs smoothly

  • Managing staff training records

  • Dealing with all administration process and procedures

  • Facility management

  • Processing invoices

  • Reconcile and process monthly sales reports

  • Monitor overdue payments

  • Managing social media sites

  • Dealing with marketing material

  • Conducting staff appraisals

  • Dealing with staff Rota's / sickness and holidays

  • Minute taking in meetings

  • Dealing with client enquiries

  • Covering the clinic reception

  • Managing stock and clinical supplies

  • Process customer's orders

  • Other duties

Key Skills

  • Must have proven experience working as an Office Manager

  • Intermediate to advanced on Excel

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Be smart and well presented

  • Must be able to multi task and manage work load

  • Confident at working under pressure
