Salary £35k plus benefits


Working within specialist business finance this is a whole of divisional role responsible for devising a comprehensive social and digital plan that drives brand awareness and qualified lead generation in chosen markets across a wide range of finance products

It is important to work hand in hand with sales, marketing and other team members to ensure internal staff and operations are aligned to take advantage of the campaigns that you are working on including having visibility of the campaign in advance.

It's equally important that the staff in the division are fully engaged in appropriately utilising social platforms to help them achieve their business goals including:

, Developing their networks
, Spotting potential sales opportunities
, Staying informed of customer, prospect, market and competitor trends
, Helping provide better customer service
, Identifying potential recruitment candidates
, Assisting in promoting the brands as thought leaders and maximising its reach

It will be expected that you work in a way that is highly compliant and ‘treat customers fairly' at all times and to adhere to all policies concerning ‘positive customer outcomes', ‘quality' compliance and conduct risk management.

Success in this role will require the achievement of minimum levels of performance in critical areas such as activity, behaviour, budget management, quality, share of voice, as well as lead generation targets.

Each element will be measured, targeted and documented as part of your annual objectives.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

To deliver:
A comprehensive social and digital plan that drives brand awareness and qualified lead generation in chosen markets
 Improvements in the customer journey, allowing us to give best service at most appropriate cost, leveraging where necessary social as a fulfilment or customer service tool.
 A distinct plan to educate, excite and improve staff engagement on social channels including a social media usage guide.
 A social media crisis management plan.
 Robust reporting that clearly attributes the results of the programmes you run to their source and costs.
 A consistent pipeline of new business opportunity from each of the lapsed, live or prospect audiences.
 Lasting, mutually beneficial working relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and colleagues as relevant and appropriate to achieving success in this role.
 Product and campaign suggestions based on market, competitor and win/loss analysis.

Key Skill Requirements:

 Ability to see the bigger picture and how marketing can be aligned to business goals
 Significant experience of digital and social media marketing with proven track record
 Strong analytical abilities and excellent attention to detail
 Good PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Office
 Strong communication skills, both written and oral
 Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and project team members
 Ability to take on and employ new concepts
 Prior financial services/professions experience
 Reliable, determined
