1st Line IT Service Desk Support

Our highly successful client based in the Greenford, is seeking a hard-working 1st Line Service Desk Support to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be familiar in working within a Windows environment (including Windows 7&8), confident in supporting over 800 employees based over a variety of sites and be able to assist the IT Service Desk provide an efficient service at all times.

Key responsibilities;

  • Respond to 1st Line Service Desk tickets and phone calls efficiently within agreed timescales

  • Timely evaluation of tickets and phone calls - escalating any jobs to 2nd Line Support where appropriate

  • Maintain high quality customer service

  • Set up new starter PC's and other IT equipment as necessary

  • Maintain the company printer fleet

  • Complete user moves and changes as required

  • Manage Security information

Key requirements;

  • Previous experience in a similar position and experience of working with Windows (7&8)

  • MS Office Support experience

  • Strong ability to prioritise your workload

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business
