Groundworks Tutor / Assessor

Groundworks Tutor / Assessor: The essentials.

, A qualification in groundworks (L3 Minimum)
, Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
, A basic understanding of HASAW.
, A valid UK driving licence with use of own car (potential use of pool car available).

, Experience of training within groundworks (16-18 year olds)
, Relevant industry occupational experience
, One to one delivery and group delivery experience

, Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
, Relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, PGCE, CertEd etc)
, Occupational H&S qualification
, Recent training or qualification in Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity

, Responsibilities are to train & assess candidates to awarding body standards undertaking apprenticeships up to Level 4 in Groundworks (including in-house qualifications).
, You will work in partnership with employers and carry out initial assessments, induction and training, coordinate vocational training and deliver employability and work skills courses as required
