Business Delivery Officer, Slough.

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business Delivery Officer based in Slough.

The main purpose of the position is to monitor street cleaning, grounds maintenance & arboricultural works, responsive repairs, estate & environmental improvements and other nonstandard works undertaken on behalf of the council and its residents by partnership contracts, to ensure a high level of service delivery and contract compliance including the collation and reporting of contract performance information.

Your day to day duties will involve monitoring the delivery of cleansing, grounds maintenance, environmental improvements and responsive repairs, preparing reports and collating data highlighting issues of poor or under-performance to assist contract managers to enforce or amend service standards, and managing the training development programme across the service.

Your will also be responsible for participating in project groups and taking a lead to chair groups to deliver service improvements including IT project and review of policies and procedures along with the co-ordination collation of reports including benchmarking and quality assurance.
