Salary: Up to £12,000 Basic, OTE £40,000 Per Annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional New/Used Car Sales Executive to join Our Client's Volume Franchise Sales Department in Swansea!

Job Specification:

Working with a close-knit and friendly team, as a New and Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell New and Used Cars, Accessories, Finance, Finance Related Products and Warranties with the aim of reaching and exceeding targets.

You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays.

You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle.

You must explain Warranty, Service arrangements, introduce customers to the Aftersales team and demonstrate the cars features and offer any other support that may be required.

Applicant Specification:

To succeed in this role you must have strong and stable sales experience (ideally within a Volume Franchise Dealer environment or alternatively a used car sales environment), a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships and have a genuine passion to work for the company.

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a positive and helpful attitude and the drive, energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity available to you.

Candidates without car sales experience can still apply provided you hold strong and stable sales/customer service experience.

For your hard work Our Client is offering a basic salary of £12,000 and an annual uncapped earning potential between £35-40,000+ per annum based on a fantastic commission structure for the local area.

Our Client also offers a company vehicle with fuel allowance, 22 days holiday, a company pension scheme, full manufacturer training and fantastic career prospects with an established brand and business.

The hours worked are 9.00AM - 6:00PM Monday to Friday (one 7:00PM late finish every week) with 9:00AM - 5:00PM Saturday and 10:00AM - 5:00PM Sunday.

There is a shift rota where in week 1 you shall work Monday - Friday with Saturday and Sundays off and in week 2 you shall work Monday - Sunday with a scheduled day off in the week.
