Scaffold Instructor: The essentials.

, Advanced Scaffolding qualification
, Full understanding of Working at Height related training and hold appropriate trade qualifications
, Literacy & Numeracy qualifications (at Level 2 or above)
, Excellent communication & organisational skills
, Passionate and motivational
, Full UK driving licence and use of own car

Scaffold Instructor: The role.

, This is a fantastic opportunity for either a fully qualified assessor/trainer or for a time served scaffolder looking to down tools and pass their accumulated knowledge onto the next generation, to join a very well established and well respected not for profit training organisation.
, You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day delivery of training programmes.
, Planning, organising, controlling and delivering courses.
, Ensuring the content and style of delivery is kept up to date and in line with accreditation.
, This role will be based 70-80% of the time on site in Huntingdon with the remainder visiting learners within their workplace.
, £28k-£33k p/a (depending upon qualifications)
, 45p per mile (paid from centre)
, 25 days holiday p/a + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 30 days upon completion of 5 years service)
