WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Demi Chef de Partie
Establishment: London's restaurant of the year 2012
Average Covers: 80 lunch and 150 for dinner
Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (Piccadilly or Bakerloo Lines)
Salary: 21,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week over 5 days - (55-60 Hours)
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A confident Demi Chef de Partie with previous experience working within in similar role and position.
A passionate chef who is looking to develop their skills on all sections.
A chef that is well organised and can work well within a large team.
A competent Demi Chef de Partie with previous experience cooking British/Seafood cuisine would be desirable.
Qualifications would be advantageous but not essential.
Someone who can work well under pressure.
