WHO AND WHERE?
Job Title: Sous Chef
Establishment: Award Winning Contemporary Restaurant
Average Covers: 250+ for dinner
Cuisine: modern European, with north African influences
Brigade: 20+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Mayfair (Central, Bakerloo, Victoria, Picadilly and Jubliee Lines)
Salary: 30,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 5 straight shifts per week
Last orders: 11:00pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A competent and passionate and driven Sous Chef to co-lead a driven professional kitchen.
A Sous Chef that is organised, calm and can work well within a large team.
A Sous Chef that has a proven background working within reputable food led restaurants.
A Sous Chef that is confident to run multiple sections within the kitchen and is a strong kitchen motivator/trainer.
Previous experience cooking Mediterranean cuisine would desirable for this role.
