Job description:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a private investment management firm, is seeking a Registration Administrator to join their team in Edinburgh for a fixed term contract of 15 months.

Core responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting with the registration function

  • Process and monitor repurchase contract notes and process purchase contract notes

  • Process changes to the unit/shareholder registers correctly

  • Run distribution payments processes

  • Prepare and despatch of distribution vouchers to unit/shareholders and deal with requests for duplicate distribution payments

  • Prepare and despatch monthly and periodic statements and deal with requests for ad hoc statements

  • Reconcile client money account within regulatory deadlines

  • Produce Investment Trust share register analysis for board meetings and deal with ad hoc requests for information

  • Maintain agent records, monitor Terms of Business agreements and FCA register checks


  • Previous experience of working in an investment administration environment

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Experience of working within a Transfer Agency would be beneficial
