The Role and Candidate

Experienced in Residential Conveyancing, ideally handling residential leasehold transactions.

You must be highly computer literate, a good telephone manner is essential along with a methodical approach to your work, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and develop.

Working as part of a busy team it is important that you will be confident working on your own initiative and thrive under pressure.

The office is paperless (all incoming post is scanned in) and all work is carried out on a case management system - previous experience of working with such systems would be an advantage although full training will be given.

My client, based in Nottinghamshire, is constantly winning new work, especially when it comes to Residential Conveyancing.

The award - winning conveyancing team is ever expanding, and so they need new recruits to help support demand and ensure that all clients receive outstanding customer service.

This is a full time role of 35 hours per week working Monday - Friday.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
