Job Title: Sales Administrator

Hours: 45 Hours a Week - must be flexible, 5 days from 7, hours between 8am and 10pm Monday to Sunday (10am - 6pm Sat/Sun)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Leigh

Salary: £17,500 rising to £18,000 after probation period

The Role

Working as part of a sales/customer service team along with team leader and Manager you are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations.

Key being to provide an outstanding, professional customer shopping experience to all customers and to make sales through leads generated via email and phone in-line with your quarterly and annual KPI’s/Targets


  • Achieving/exceeding KPI’s/Targets put in place by up-selling and cross selling from leads via phone and emails.
  • Achieving/Exceeding KPI’s/Targets put in place for Trade Scheme sign ups and sales.

Customer Service

  • Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for through any of online virtual stores.
  • Delivering all round excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great shopping experience. 
  • Responsible for dealing with customer complaints right through to resolve with the support of your management team.
  • Answering queries from customers both via email and over the phone.
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Processing & Reporting

  • Working within established guidelines.
  • Sales order processing through our virtual online stores:  EBay, BB.COM,, Amazon, Bathroom Tiles etc
  • Downloading of orders.
  • Being responsible for processing payments.
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.

  • Great attitude.
