Service Desk Engineer

Service Desk Engineer- London- £14ph LTD- 3 month contract

A large public sector organisation are currently looking for an experienced service desk engineer for a 3 month contract in London.

The job will involve;

-To be the first point of contact for all ICT related issues, resolving Incidents at first
point of contact and completing standard change and service requests.
-Work with clients and suppliers to ensure maximum utilisation of ICT facilities.
-As required, to work as part of other ICT Shared Services support teams.
-To contribute to the corporate delivery of the Council' vision and core values,
providing a clear sense of direction, optimism and purpose.
-To assist in the development of ICT resources as assigned by the ICT Service
Managers, Team Leaders and in conjunction with colleagues at all levels.
-To provide professionalism in the area of ICT services to ensure that the highest
quality services are provided within the resources available, that solutions adhere to
standards and are fit for the customer' purpose and that they are responsive to the
expressed needs and aspirations of service users.
-To contribute to projects that allows Hillingdon to exploit the best value, highest
quality technology.

To be considered you will have experience of troubleshooting and working on a ICT Service Desk preferably within the public sector.
