As a RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER your responsibilities include:

  • Safeguarding the business assets

  • Ensuring the safety of the customers as well as the staff

  • Identifying shoplifters and preventing them

  • Checking the alarms on regular basis

  • Searching bags of customers, vehicle, bins and warehouses as and when required

  • Coordinating with police and seniors regarding any issues as and when required

  • Ensure stores run as smoothly as possible

The right RETAIL SECURITY OFFICER will have:

  • Experience in a similar role in a retail environment

  • Good customer service skills

  • Skills to identify problems

  • Good knowledge of health and safety standards

  • Good communication skills

  • Risk assessment skills

  • Good attention to detail
