2nd Line Support Desk

Nationwide Placements (UK) Ltd are now recruiting for a senior 2nd Line Support/Service Desk technician.

Our client who are a leading pharmaceutical with a global footprint are looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team.

You will have excellent people skills and first class communication skills.

You will also have the following technical skills;

Windows XP, Windows 7 Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 Server Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010

Good customer facing skills.

This is an ongoing conract role with a generous day rate.

Our client uses SCCM (Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager) Active Directory, Group Policy Service Desk Support Virtual Environments, VMware, Windows Virtual PC Desktop/Server Applications - Such as MS Office Suite applications 2003 & 2010, Citrix Backup Applications, Net Backup preferable Anti-Virus Software - Kaspersky preferable Solar winds Wireless and Network experience

The environment is such that you will be in constant interaction with end users so it is important that you have excellent people skills.
