Domiciliary Care Manager - East Sussex

My client is looking for an experienced, organised and quality-driven ‘Domiciliary Care Manager' to manage the operational delivery of a high quality, customer focused care and support service within a defined geographical area of East Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Domiciliary Manager to showcase their skills, understanding and knowledge of working towards fast-paced industry demands and who understands what is required for working in a Mental Health management environment.

It is also an ideal opportunity for those looking to possibly take the next step up from a deputy level position.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the staff teams and be an integral part of the senior management team.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person as you will be working to ensure the further growth and development of the business, recruiting and training carers, checking supervisions and appraisals are carried out effectively, conducting additional monitoring visits, reviewing care packages and risk assessments, taking a lead on CQC inspections, and overseeing the provision of high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

This position is a permanent position offering a competitive salary depending on experience.
