Job Title: Junior Sous Chef - Banqueting
*Hotel, Popular Wedding & Events Venue
Average Covers: 40 lunch and 100 for dinner
Cuisine: modern British, with European influences
Brigade: 15+ within main kitchen and pastry
Location: Central London (District or Circle Line)
Salary: 25,000k per annum (all inclusive)
Shifts: 7 shifts per week (50hrs per week)
Last orders: 9:30 pm
WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
A versatille, experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a busy banqueting kitchen, catering for weddings, functions & private events.
Someone who has previous experience of working in a professional kitchen environment, ideally with a rosette or 3+ to 4 Star establishement.
A Junior Sous who is highly organised, creative and who can work well under pressure.
Someone who can deliver volume whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
Someone who is confident & is looking to develop their banqueting & events skills further.
