Residential Children's Home Manager

£29,000 + Bonuses

A well established client of ours has an exciting opening for a Registered Manager within a residential children's home based in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Person Specification:

  • Accountable to the Operations Manager, who in turn reports to the Managing Director of your particular division.

  • Responsible for the delivery of all care services, as well as strategic planning for developments within the home, and all day to day management matters.

  • The ability to build on the well established principles and practice standards existing within the company.

  • Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of childcare standards across the company.

Essential Requirements:


Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services (Children and Young People's Residential Management)


5 years work experience in a residential children's home, 2 of which at a senior level.


Need to be approved by the appropriate statutory body.

This will require full OFSTED/CSSIW registration in accordance with the respective conditions and timescales
