The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be bringing this innovative product to life by proactively identify new business opportunities within corporate enterprises.

Essentially, your building a digital solution for your clients to advance their staffing needs.

This evolving business holds a fast paced environment, where sales cycles can be a quick turnaround or may require a more strategic process.

You will be expected to demonstrate success in your assigned vertical; High Tec, eCommerce or fast growth sectors.

The role is tailored to your working style, whether you prefer face to face sales or have the ability to close the deal over the phone.

You will consistently be performing against set targets to make the most out of the uncapped commission structure, that will potentially double your earnings.

Experience Required:
The ideal Business Development Manager, will have a proven track record in a solution based sales roles, whether that is software, consulting, professional services, app development etc.

However, you must have understanding of the revolutionising digital world.

You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to accomplish targets.

You will also show remarkable communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to surpass all set KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for a Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, rewarding you with an uncapped OTE of £100,000 in your first year.
