Front of House Receptionist

Our client, Global Engineering organisation, are looking for a temporary Receptionist for their Corporate Head Office based in Glasgow City Centre.

This is an ongoing role, which is to cover one day every week - Monday.

This is a busy, corporate environment where you will be first point of contact for all guests to the organisation, and provide a warm and professional welcome.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer busy switchboard and direct all calls to appropriate contact

  • Take comprehensive messages, sent to appropriate contact

  • Meet and greet all visitors and guests

  • Manage diaries for meeting rooms

  • Provide refreshments for meetings

  • Manage courier service

  • Manage Taxi Account
