The Role:
As a Business Development Manager your role will be largely new business but also will be given a couple of blue chip key accounts to manage.

You will proactively prospect new clients, both via self-generated and warm leads.

This innovative HR Software is bespoke to each client's requirements, therefore you will utilize a consultative approach, pitching the unrivaled benefits.

You will be targeting all verticals within the corporate market.

Liaising with several C-level decision makers you will represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
To excel in this Business Development Manager role, you will have experience of selling HR Solutions, ideally software based.

We would consider candidates with experience in selling anything non-tangible into HR.

We favour degree educated, polished candidates with good communication skills (written and verbal).

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is a base salary of between £30,000 and £35,000.

On top of this is a rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £70,000.
