Sales Support Role

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their busy team working in a corporate and channel sales support role.

The main focus of the role is the sales support for the UK B2B, Education and Channel customers.

Main duties:

Sending invoices and statements to customers
Updating customer account contact details on SAP and CRM tools
Managing payment and new account applications
Insuring integrity of invoice content
Monitoring account customer credit limits
RMA support for all clients
Handle DOA returns
Double shipments by distributions returned and collections
Credit notes
Chase contract renewals etc.
Help create orders and invoices for website sales
Support the team


GCSE, ALevel or higher
Experience with technology sector
Strong communication skills
Self-starter used to fast paced environment
Advanced MS skills, excel, word, etc.
SAP system would be advantageous
An understanding of reporting and analysis would be advantageous
Understanding of the reseller structure would be advantageous
