Title: Data Operations Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Location: Wilmslow & Home Working
Salary: On application
We are looking for an experienced Data Operations Manager to take ownership of our lead generation data sources, vendors and prospective client data., In this critical role to help drive growth in new sales, you will plan and purchase data based upon your analysis of success factors and in line with the strategic growth objectives.
Responsible for analysising data consumption and driving quality data into the campaign, you will coordinate and execute the data strategy between sales, marketing and the contact centre.
This means you need to be able to both plan for the longer term, whilst knowing the data performance in detail each day, week, month, so you can ensure the business responds swiftly.
This is a new and integral role for our growing business.
We have big plans for future growth and this role will have a positive direct influence across key business metrics.
In this highly visible role you will work with key stakeholders at all levels and develop a clear data strategy and execute it in order to deliver results.

With a strong track record in a similar role, you will have the below skills and experience:
, Systematic and logical approach to problem solving with ability to think innovatively and not be constrained by 'current way of working.' Ability to evaluate current working practices and define and build future strategy for the Data & Analytics function
, Have a good commercial outlook, i.e.
being able to demonstrate an understanding of the value of relevant and fresh lead data and it's impact on business performance
, Excellent analytical skills.
, Good attention to detail with the ability to assimilate, sort and aggregate complex information quickly
, Your excellent interpersonal skills and leadership abilities will mean you can present the data to people at all levels in a compelling way in order to deliver for the business.
, documented analysis and outcomes, and evaluation of the quality of data sources
, Proactive and ‘Output' focussed
, Ability to use SQL to manipulate, query and store data, salesforce knowledge an advantage.
, You will be able to work collaboratively across multiple business disciplines (Sales, Contact Centre, Marketing, Operations, IT and Finance) to establish clear business goals and deliverables and to ensure improved business and customer insight
, You'll have awareness / expertise with a number of analytic tools and software including Qlickview, SAS, Adobe/Google Analytics, SQL integration and analysis services, and therefore have substantial experience of devising new ways of better exploiting data, identifying insights and presenting data in a stimulating way
, Comfortable working within a framework of governance and controls ensuring best practice, data and regulatory compliance standards are met
