Business Development Manager- Logistics Services - £70,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to work within a global market leading provider of Logistic Services, to aid their exponential expansion.

You will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth opportunities, utilising the broad portfolio of services to maximise profits.

You will be targeting an array of industries in the Large Corporate Market and liaising with a variety of C Level Key Decision makers.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager you will be aggressively growing business within a variety of different industries at a Corporate Level.

You will be selling logistics Services by identifying, negotiating and building relationships with C Level Key Decision makers in order to develop opportunities.

Once winning new business, you will be expected to manage existing clients by cross selling and upselling to maximise revenue potential.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you will be representing the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
For this Business Development position we are looking for a highly successful Business Development Manager with a demonstrable track record of success within the Supply Chain and Logistics Services arena.

Knowledge and understanding of the varied services and its uses is advantageous in order to fully understand and grasp this position.

You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to negotiate agreements face to face and via the phone.

You will have the ability to rapidly develop rapport with your clients, establishing trust and loyalty to ensure a successful and longstanding partnership.

You will be driven to achieve and over achieve your targets, with a view to progress into a senior position.

The Package:
On offer for the successful Business Development Manager is a very attractive package with a base salary of £40,000- £45,000 depending on experience.

With a rewarding commission plan in place, your potential OTE is an unrivalled £70,000, uncapped plus benefits, pension and Healthcare.
