Technical Support Engineer (UC), TCP/IP, VoIP, LAN/WAN, SQL, Lync, PBX, Reading, £25-32K

I am currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join one of my leading clients in Reading.

You will be joining the customer support team and be responsible for providing world class support to external customers.

My client specialise in telephony and cloud technologies so any experience within these technologies would be a huge advantage.


- Responsible for providing Technical support to external resellers and customers
- Provide hands-on technical support & troubleshooting for customers using Telephony applications - IP/TDM
- Take ownership over issues and make sure tickets are escalated when necessary

Desirable experience:

- Experience within LAN/WAN or TCP/IP or VoIP
- Experience with PBX - CUCM, Avaya, Mitel, NEC
- SQL Server experience
- Lync
