We are looking for someone with a positive can do attitude to really hit the ground running in our busy and competitive Talent Attraction Team.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Internal Recruiters whilst reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction.

It will be your responsibility to drive and support the Internal Recruitment function through sales and networking.

You will show determination, and an eye for detail by identifying exceptional individuals to join Liquid Personnel across the business.

You will take ownership of building a strong pipeline of candidates to match forecasts and help deliver on the overall company resourcing strategy.

Working within our Talent Attraction Team means you really are at the heart of our business and everything we do.

You will show a real passion for the role and display excellent interpersonal skills by engaging with all internal stakeholders to manage the recruitment process from end to end, helping the continued growth of our company.

Requirements for the role -
, It is essential that you have previous experience in managing or leading a team - ideally within recruitment
, Be an excellent communicator at all levels.
, Experience of using direct sourcing methods to attract high calibre candidates.

, Experience in competency-based interviewing and candidate selection techniques.
, Knowledge of psychometric / assessment tools.
, Possess a polished, and professional business manner.

, Experience of delivering figures and reports in absence of manager.
