I have been approached by one of my clients who is looking for a Home Manager to work for a well-established company who are looking to add important members to their growing team.

The role for home manager will be managing a care home which offers residential care for the elderly.

The applicant must have experience working as a manager.

The main responsibilities of the Home Manager include:
, To ensure home meets CQC standards
, Managing staff correctly and successfully
, Liasing with directors/area manager to ensure targets met

The key skills and experience required for the Home Manager include:
, NVQ Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent
, Experience in the elderly sector
, Proven track record of successfully managing a similar service
