Meeting and Events Coordinator

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit enthusiastic and organised Meeting & Events Coordinator to join our team.

What will I be responsible for?

As a member of our Meetings & Events team, the successful Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Respond professionally to telephone, fax and email enquiries
- Obtain correct booking details from clients
- Undertake pre-booked or walk-in show-rounds and detail meetings for current and potential bookings
- Greet clients on arrival to the hotel at the start of their function and maintain a presence throughout the event as required
- General administrative duties e.g.

note taking, filing

- Prepare contracts and ensure maximum revenue for all business booked in the Imperial London Hotels diary
- Send client a detailed function sheet in advance of their event.

Communicate this same information accurately and in good time to the necessary in-house departments
- Receive feedback from clients during and after their events.  Resolve client disputes/ complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain feedback database

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Meeting & Events Coordinator, you will need to have:

- Previous meetings & events experience desirable
- Qualification in Business and/or Marketing desirable 
- Have proven skills in verbal and written English
- ICT Literate; Microsoft Office
