The Role:
The Business Development Manager will identify and create new business opportunities, actively self-generating leads and getting in front of key decision makers.

Working for this innovative Consultancy, you will be selling tailored Workforce and Talent management solutions into the enterprise market across the UK.

Targeting all verticals, with a focus on eCommerce, Media and Financial Services these bespoke solutions allow your clients to visibly identify ways to improve and develop.

Liaising with several C-level decision makers, predominately IT and Technical Directors.

You will use a consultative approach and represent yourself and the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a successful background within I.T.

recruitment, followed by a proven track record of solution sales.

If not, a track record of success in a Solution led sell is a must, with the ability to sell into enterprise clients at director level.

You must have a hunter mentality, with a real passion for prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

You must have excellent communication, and negotiation skills, with exposure to the enterprise marketplace.

You must be passionate about the solution you are selling and be well presented as a large part of the role will involve going out and meeting existing and new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent upon previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £40,000 and £50,000 basic, with a £100,000 OTE, plus excellent benefits.
