Job description:

Core-Asset Consulting's client, a global asset management firm in Edinburgh is hiring an Administrator to join their International Team within their HR department for an initial period of 4 months on a temporary basis.

This is a good opportunity for someone with either HR, recruitment or legal administration experience who is looking to gain exposure to global mobility.

Core responsibilities:

  • Complete business paperwork as required for different visa processes globally

  • Co-ordinate annual visa check process globally, linking in with colleagues in our global offices

  • Arrange, meet and process annual visa check documentation for multiple countries

  • Keep immigration tracker and other MI sources up to date

  • Map annual visa check process

  • Create full cost estimates for each relevant assignment case

  • Manage approval process for business cases

  • Draft contracts for each assignment

  • Gather MI on all global mobility activity

  • Field queries and secure solutions to any issues arising

  • Occasional planning of external meetings

  • Support the team as required with the production of presentations for meetings and providing graphs and charts as required

Core requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with immigration processes and paperwork highly desirable
