Salary: £21,000 - £25,000

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 (+ 1 in 4 Saturdays, 08:30-16:30)

Acting on behalf of our client we have a fantastic opportunity to join a subsidiary of one of the world's largest corporations.

Operating in both the domestic and commercial vehicle fleet management sector, they provide a wide range of outsourcing solutions including, vehicle leasing, fleet management, maintenance and consultancy services to a diverse range of markets.
Role Overview:
Working in a dedicated team of 16 you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of one of our major accounts fleet of vehicles.
This is a fast paced role with a large element of the role being phone work.

As a first point of contact you will work across all aspects of the lifecycle delivering accurate authorisations and effective negotiating with suppliers and clients enabling the team to effectively and efficiently manage vehicle operating costs throughout their lifecycle, maximising on road time.
Provide a professional, courteous, high quality service to our customers and suppliers and plan own workload, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and systems to achieve service delivery standards and business objectives.
Person Specification:
Knowledge of the automotive or related industries
(Maintenance, Service, Administration, Fleet, Call Centre)
Sound knowledge of vehicle mechanics and technical awareness
Ability to work on his / her own initiative
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Good PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
Be solution orientated, able to think outside the “box”
Excellent administration and planning skills
A team player
Professionalism and resilience
