Inside Sales & Service Representative - Technology & Innovation - East London

Salary: £25-30k+ (D.O.E)

The Role:
The successful applicant will be to provide first class account management to the client's key customers and ensure a high level of customer service to all contacts.

Duties of Inside Sales & Service Representative:
Take care of the customer & support the sales effort through the ownership of a set of named customer accounts.
Handle all customer service, product and account enquiries, capable of handling difficult customers and situations.
Provide quotations to the customer, through our Project and Quotations team where applicable.
Manage orders: checking / dating / expediting / co-ordinating shipments in and outside of the EU / confirming & communicating.
Administrate RGAs & credits, Co-Op fund applications, Friends of Industry and Showroom orders and sample requests.
Communicate and work with other departments effectively (IS, Credit control, Tech support etc.)
Stakeholders - customers, influencers, specifiers, sales teams, internal teams (tech support/warehouse/quotes), management

Essential Criteria:
Fluent German and English
Educated to degree level in a technical area (or at least 3 years of work experience in a sales or service role)
2 to 10 years of work experience in a customer service or key accounts management role
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Strong desire to deliver excellent service
Problem Solving Skills
Good relationship builder
