Reception/Team Assistant

This financial services firm boasting an excellent work culture and enviable work space is seeking a corporate receptionist to join their growing head office in Sydney.

Coming from a reception or administration background within the professional corporate environment, you will have the opportunity to let your 5 star customer service skills shine.

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrated initiative coupled with a sense of urgency and energy.

You will impress with your well-developed communication skills and immaculate presentation.

Your main duties will include:

  • Assisting the Senior Receptionist in greeting clients and directing calls

  • Booking meeting rooms and preparing refreshments

  • Receiving and distributing mail, and courier bookings

  • Preparing presentations, documents, and spreadsheets using MS Office

  • Ad hoc administrative tasks for various teams as required
