We are not looking for someone with previous recruitment experience, rather someone who is resourceful, passionate and switched-on.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Resourcing candidates from a variety of channels including social media and in-house databases
- Reviewing applications
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Conducting reference checks
- Preparing resumes for clients
- Liaising with clients and candidates
Recruitment as a profession is not a Human Resources role and while it may play a part in the function the position is fundamentally sales and sales support.
Winning and maintaining business requires a strong work ethic, tenacity and a high degree of resilience.
To be guaranteed an interview, you will have:
- A bachelor's degree
- Some experience in an administrative role
- Intermediate MS Office and general computer skills
- Strong work ethic, evident through extra-curricular activities
- Self-motivation and the desire to succeed
