Recruitment Consultant

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our specialist accounting and finance team in Staines.

You will be joining a company that will fully support you with coaching and training to give you the tools to be a top recruiter.

You will be building your desk through sales, creating awareness of relevant candidates, interviewing, taking vacancies, matching suitable candidates and placing them into the roles you have sourced.

Duties include:

  • Interviewing candidates to understand their needs and next role requirements

  • Identifying local businesses to contact to create awareness that the candidate is registered

  • Establishing the needs of the client and taking full details of job opportunities

  • Negotiating fees

  • Matching suitable candidates to the client needs

  • Taking feedback on CVs sent

  • Arranging interviews and managing offers

  • Working to clear activity and revenue targetsRewards:
